1、 Performance and Usage

Ingredients: Composed of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-one (CMI) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-one (MI).
Mechanism of action: By breaking the bonds between bacterial and algal proteins, it exerts a killing effect, rapidly and irreversibly inhibiting microbial growth, leading to cell death.
Features: High killing efficiency, good biodegradability, no residue, safe operation, good compatibility, h3 stability, and low cost.
isothiazolinone Application areas: oil fields, papermaking, pesticides, cutting oils, leather, inks, dyes, leather making and other industries.

2、 Technical indicators

Appearance: Class I is an amber transparent liquid, and Class II is a light yellow or light green transparent liquid.
Active substance content: Class I 14.0-15.0%, Class II ≥ 2.0%.
Density (20 ℃): Class I 1.24-1.32 g/cm ³， Class II ≥ 1.03 g/cm ³。
PH (original solution): Class I 2.0-4.0, Class II 2.0-5.0.
CMI/MI (mass percentage): Both categories are 2.5-3.4.

3、 Usage

Adhesive stripping agent: Add a concentration of 150-300mg/L.
Fungicides: Add every 3-7 days at a dosage of 80-100mg/L.
Usage note: It can be used together with oxidizing disinfectants such as chlorine, but cannot be used in cooling water systems containing sulfides. Composite use with quaternary ammonium salts yields better results.

4、 Packaging and storage

Packaging: Plastic drums, 25kg or 200kg per drum, or according to user needs.
Storage: In a cool indoor place, with a storage period of twelve months.

5、 Security protectionisothiazolinone

Attention: It is corrosive to the skin and may cause allergic dermatitis. When operating, protective goggles and rubber gloves should be worn.
First aid measures: If in contact with skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
